Practical Response First Aid provides nationally recognised first aid training from basic CPR training up to Advanced First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation, using practical, scenario-based first aid training that helps participants build the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond when an emergency occurs.

My name is Paul Latemore and my approach to first aid is straight forward: people need to understand the skills, practice them and develop the confidence to use them when it matters. My experience comes from many years as a volunteer Advanced Responder providing first aid with a national organisation.

First aid emergencies don't happen in the classroom or follow a script. That's why practical training matters. The emphasis is on hands on learning, realistic scenarios, clear instruction, confidence through practice and workplace relevance.
